Humanities Grants: Types of Grants

- QUICK GRANTS
Requests up to $500
One Application per year may be submitted.Deadlines: Rolling, but must be received at least 8 weeks before the project start date.
- SMALL GRANTS
Requests between $501 and $3,000
More than one application per year may be submitted.Deadlines: Rolling, but must be received at least 12 weeks before the project start date.
- LARGE GRANTS
Requests over $3,000, with a maximum request of $20,000. Supplemental PHC funds for up to $6,000, may be available through Gift-and-Matching.
More than one Intent-to-Apply form may be submitted per year WITH prior permission from PHC. One eligible application may be submitted. Please note: Success or encouragement at the Intent to Apply stage does not insure funding, only that the application is eligible for further consideration.
Deadlines: Intent-to-Apply form is due July 1. Eligible applications must be postmarked by September 2 for projects beginning after February of the following year.
