Commonwealth Speakers:Costs & Eligibility

How Much Does the Program Cost?
- One free presentation per calendar year is available to eligible organizations.
- A second presentation per year for organizations is possible with a payment of $400 by the organization.
- Colleges and universities pay $400 for all presentations, unless they abide by special restrictions.
Note: When a Speaker requires overnight accommodations, applicants are responsible for hotel charges. The Speaker's honorarium and other travel expenses are the responsibility of PHC.
Who Is Eligible?
Eligible organizations include:
- Nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, as well as local, state and national governmental agencies that are planning public programs in Pennsylvania.
Please note: proof of nonprofit status must be produced, if requested by PHC.
Who is Not Eligible?
The following are not eligible:
- Individuals
- For-profit businesses

All Commonwealth Speakers presentations must be free-of-charge, open to the public and promoted as such. You may not charge a fee, require a donation or demand any other monetary contribution from your audience.
