Commonwealth Speakers: Administration Materials
PHC provides materials to help host organizations (who already have scheduled a 2008-09 Speaker) to prepare for a presentation.
All host organizations are asked to download and read the four documents listed below:

- Publicity & Audience Recruitment Guide: Tips on how to successfully recruit an audience [153K PDF]
- Audience Form (see on-line evaluation next) [109K PDF]
- On-line Evaluation Instructions: Materials to assess the Speaker presentation [43K PDF]
Note: All sites are required to complete the on-line evaluation AFTER the presentation. Failure to do so can adversely affect future PHC applications.
