We put participatory research at the forefront of all our work and partner with scholars, consultants, and a cross-sector of leaders including University of Pennsylvania’s PennPraxis, Elizabeth Myrick + Associates, and Allegheny Intermediate Unit.

Children are "making their vernacular spectacular" through #RainPoetryPittsburgh! Wednesday we revealed the first water-activated haiku installation (thank you @goodboygems !) at Nelson Mandela Peace Park in Garfield with the help of young poets from @AssemblePGH.

We had such a beautiful day celebrating Rain Poetry on Wednesday! We revealed our very first #RainPoetryPittsburgh installation at Nelson Mandela Peace Park in Garfield with the help of our young poets from @AssemblePGH. The students were so excited to take turns with the watering cans, splashing water onto the sidewalks to watch the poems they wrote appear like magic!
